RTÉ says it has asked Sky to investigate the reason why viewers in Northern Ireland were not able to watch The Sunday Game highlights show on the Sky platform last night.

GAA followers in the North were left fuming when they tuned in, only to discover they had no picture.

RTÉ released a statement today saying it has contacted Sky and asked them to investigate the issue. The state broadcaster added that The Sunday Game can be viewed on the RTÉ Player, which isn't much consolation to those in the Six Counties who are unable to access it.

 

 

RTÉ broadcast @TheSundayGame on @RTE2 last night and made it available to viewers on island of Ireland.

It appears those on the Sky platform in Northern Ireland were unable to watch which is very disappointing.

RTÉ has contacted Sky and asked them to investigate the issue.
