Stephen Darby and Paraic Sullivan training for the Make a Wish and Rhode GAA fundraiser

All-Ireland winning Offaly footballer Stephen Darby and former county player Paraic Sullivan have achieved their goal of cycling 2,000km over five days in Aid of Make A Wish Foundation and Rhode GAA.

The pair received a heroes welcome when they arrived back into Rhode village on Saturday evening after carrying out their final leg.

The challenge saw either Stephen or Paraic on the bike non-stop for five days straight and already nearly €19,000 has been raised.
