Cork SHC quarter-finals to launch RTÉ's club coverage

Having recently secured the live TV rights for Saturday club championship games until 2022, RTÉ will launch their coverage with a Cork SHC quarter-final double header on Saturday week, September 21.
The Irish Examiner is reporting that the national broadcaster will broadcast the double-header feature Newtownshandrum v Glen Rovers and Imokilly v Sarsfields from Páirc Uí Rinn. Divisional side Imokilly are seeking a three-in-a-row of Cork SHC titles this year.
TV rights to Saturday club fixtures were previously held by Eir Sport, while TG4 have retained the rights for Sunday club games.
