It's still unclear if Davy Fitzgerald will be on the sideline for Clare's All-Ireland SHC quarter-final against Galway tomorrow following his release from hospital on Thursday.

The Clare manager was hospitalised on Wednesday morning and is believed to have had minor heart surgery. The Banner are hopeful that he will be able to attend the game in Thurles.

In the event of him not being there, selectors Louis Mulqueen and Donal Og Cusack will deputise.
