Clare defender Brendan Bugler is adamant that the future of hurling in the county is bright.
Since winning the All-Ireland in 2013, Clare have failed to get through the qualifiers and into the quarterfinals as this year's campaign came to an end against Cork last Saturday.
Even though, the county board have given Davy Fitzgerald the go-ahead for another year, the pressure is already on to deliver.
But, as the county go in search of their fourth consecutive Munster under-21 title, the experienced Bugler stressed to the Clare Champion that the talent is in the county.
"There is massive talent within this county. We have the utmost belief in the management. Davy often refers us to being one big family and that's what we are," said Bugler.
"We have all gone down together, everyone and we will take the criticism together like we took the plaudits together two years ago. That's the way it goes."
