Clare side Clonlara have made a high profile managerial appointment.

The former champions will be managed by former Clare hurler Sean Stack for the 2015 campaign.

Stack has guided Tipperary side Toomevara and Limerick outfit Na Piarsaigh to Munster club glory in recent years and he brings a wealth of talent to the role.

Clonlara have failed to add to the county title they won in 2009, but have come close on a number of occasions and Stack is seen as the man to get them over the line.

Meanwhile, in other managerial appointments Brian Quinn will manage his native Tulla, while David Forde will coach Ballyea.
