Agree think they are on the ball . Hopefully they follow this team up . Was talking to a Dublin man who told me his club had 3 u 16 teams and there were another 8 or 9 teams in same boat. You will see Cavan _Slasher I am of the same opinion as you and feel John Brady and his crew have done a good job. Not a friend of mine but he seems to have the midas touch. His name is in the hat so there is a chance.He looked for it the last time it was available so he is interested. If I was asked to pick a man he would be my first choice despite our differences. Cavan started very slowly and were 5 points to 1 down . Cavan changed philiph nulty and Dylan Molloy back into the backs and moved no 7 Patrick Lynch up to the half forward line . This reaped great rewards scoring 1-3 without reply . Seanie keogan getting the goal after good work by gavin Brady . Cavan s goalkeeper then brought off a miraculous save. Cavan led at ht. Dublin started the second half well but good defending by nulty and Brady in particular kept them out . Dublin got level with a quick fire goal and 2 points . Cavan brought on 3 subs changed midfield. They then hit Dublin hard with 2 points. With Great defending and turnovers cavan seen out the game for a deserved victory. Best for cavan were goalkeeper C Smart . Defence philiph Nulty, F Reilly Dj Cassidy K Brady .molloy . Sean Martin (MOTM)Seanie Keogan, Cian Mc Govern Very well done hopefully a few of these go on to play senior football for cavan . I'd ask the question then Foolsgold who was over the U17 team this year. saying abou. That u 16 team last year were very good and would surely win a game this year. There is something wrong there. Why were last year's management not over the U17 s.
