Peter Canavan left the Gaels two weeks ago,they have a new man in place since last week,high profile aswell.Redhills,Arva,Kingscourt,Gowna,Castlerahan,Mullahoran all looking for new managers as far as i know.funny time of year.

With Canavan leaving the Gaels Kieran Donnelly has gone to Donegal so the gaels will need a new high profile trainer. To be cruelly honest the gaels need a group of people that never had anything to do with the gaels to bring them to the next level. The problem there is there are too many back room managers along with side line managers and of course the old brigade. If the gaels allow a complete new management set up I believe they have the ability to bring them to the next level and start winning Ulster and All Ireland titles.

Cavan Gaels will be lucky to Cavan championship next year nevermind Ulster of All Ireland. A few retirements in Karl Crotty and Dominic Reilly so more experience gone from the team/panel.

With the leagues starting so early this year (mid-Feb) it sounds like a lot of teams will have to get a move on if they want to be ready for it
