Was at west Cavan u 21 game unbelievable that west cavan plus Belturbet could not beat at Joseph's even they had Connelly out injured go to show 6 team amalgamations don't work crazy to put so many clubs together why did they not split in 2 teams itself

Ha ha semi final draw has been made for next weekend and kingscourt/Southern Gaels still haven't played!!! Not as much as a word about it. Kingscourt haven't kicked a ball yet. Shows what the county board think of the u21's

And Kingscourt still to play Senior League semi final too. Fixtures still a mess. An absolute mess. Play under 21 earlier in year. Team that finishes top in league should win. Instead 2nd and 3rd play of and 8th and 9th play of creating more fixtures when they can't finish them.

Saw on Cavan website that the 21 game between Southern Gaels and Kingscourt was fixed for Sat at 6.30, so you make plans..... just seen there that its changed to Friday at 8.30.
When will the county board EVER start showing a bit of respect and consideration to players????????????
They treat them the same way the government treat its people... with pure contempt. And that's after stringing it out til nearly December.

In division 1 its brilliant to see that 3 out of the 4 semi finalists are teams that went by themselves (Ramor, Castlerahan and kingscourt) and also gives younger lads that would not be playing if joined up a glimpse of a higher standard of football before making the grade to senior. Just goes to show that these big amalgamations 9 times out of 10 don't work.

If you were at the Kingscourt V Southern Gaels match you could see plainly why this amalgamation did not work. No team work too many individuals and it was blatantly clear who knew each other with Kingscourt.

I know Shercock went with Bboro but some of their players went with Kingscourt. Draw in St Joes v Castlerahan. Castlerahan played most of game with 14. Enda Flanagan getting yellow and black plus Fergal Reilly went of injured early. Joes scored 1 3 late on.
