Five first round minor football championship clashes fixed for this evening (Tuesday) have been postponed due to poor weather conditions.

Crosserlough v Cavan Gaels; Shercock v Lavey; Mullahoran v West Cavan Gaels; Templeport v Naomh Brid and Annalee Gaels v Denn have all been postponed as a result of unplayable pitches.

Cavan county board circulated an e-mail today informing clubs of the cancellations, along with the postponement of two U12 finals (Belturbet v Lavey and Cavan Gaels v Cootehill Celtic) due to be played this evening to this Friday, August 25th, weather permitting.
