U12 boys 

On Tuesday night our team, competing in the U12 Green Group won a hard fought game against Dernacrieve Gaels. Unfortunately the Purple Group team lost a tough game away to Castlerahan.

 

U14 boys

Cuchulainn 3-03 Bailieborough 5-09

 

The scoreline of the U14 Div 1 semi-final is a harsh reflection on the outstanding

effort shown by Cuchulainns in a tough encounter at Dolan Park against a good

Bailieborough team. After making a quick start with an early goal Cuchulainns had the better of the early exchanges, and a second goal after 11 minutes, put them 4 points to the good. However, Bailieborough reeled them back in and were 5 points up at half time, thanks to two quick goals. Despite closing the gap to 2 points ten minutes into the second half, Cuchulainns were unable to add to their tally despite periods of good play, and some sustained pressure from Bailieborough, with the game petering out for the last 10 minutes. 

 

U16 boys
U16s played Blackwater Gaels in the championship in Mullagh on Sunday evening and had a great performance with a very convincing and well deserved win. Well done lads ,next game is on Thursday away V Blackwater Gaels at 7.30.

 

St Kilians senior ladies.

Well done to St Kilians ladies on their league div 4 final win  . Final score St Kilian's 5-9 v Shannon Gaels 2-6. Some rapid fire goals midway through the half sealed the win. Well done ladies, delighted to see the squad get the win. Well done to the management too.

This modern salinised ice bath has proven to be an excellent facility in assisting recovery post exercise for many professional and amateur sportspeople around the world. - 'Cairde Cuchualinn' is a new  initiative to raise funds for the development of our new 8.8 acre site in Mullagh.  'Cairde Cuchulainn' membership is a new family membership choice and are intitled to club memebrship for two adult memberships and all children under 18 years, 2 annual lotto tickets, free pass into all home games, free refreshments at home games and one item of 'Cairde Cuchulainn' clothing.

 

Annual Lotto Tickets; The new 2017 Annual Lotto season commenced on April 1st.  Annual lotto tickets can be purchased from club officials or can be collected in Monaghans Shop. Club officals will be in contact with 2016 Annual Lotto holders witihin the next few weeks.
