Club Walking

As part of Cavan Walking Festival Killeshandra Leaguers are hosting a walk on Monday 1st May. The walk will be 10k taking you from Killeshandra along a lovely route to Killykeen and back. Meeting at KCC resource centre at 11.30am.


 

 Safe Talk

Killeshandra GAA with Cavan County Board are hosting a SAFE TALK course on Friday 28th April at 7pm in Killeshandra Resource Centre.

SafeTALK is a training programme that prepares participants to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources. Following a safeTALK workshop you will be more willing and able to perform an important helping role for persons with thoughts of suicide.


 


 

St Joseph's Club Logo:

St Joseph's needs a new Club Crest…The St Joseph's club has been in existence for many years but it's never had a club crest. The committee are holding a competition to create a new crest that proudly represents the club. The competition will be open to all club members. There'll be prizes for the best under-16 and the over-16 entrants, with the overall winner's design used as the base for the new club crest.


 

Cardiac Screening

Killeshandra Leaguers GAA Club are hosting a Cardiac Screening Clinic on Saturday 10th of June. Cardiac Screening is aimed at reducing the incidents of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) in Ireland and promoting a healthier lifestyle.
