John Fee Tournament

The annual John Fee Tournament Day, 2016 took place last Saturday 24th Sept. in Terry Coyle Park. Despite the weather, the event was a great success, with competitions at U8, U10 and U12 for boys and girls, cake sale and barbecue as well as fun activities for all. A huge thank you to all who organised, attended, helped and contributed to a special day in the club calendar. Buíochas mór libh.

Lotto 19-9-16

Jackpot €2900, no winner. Numbers: 1,12,21,26. €20 winners- Siobhán Murray c/o bingo, John Reilly c/o John Smith, Pauline McGovern c/o bingo, Teresa Gismondi c/o bingo, Andy McEvoy c/o Paddy & Cathal. Next week's jackpot €3000.

Féile 2017

Féile Peil na nÓg returns to Cavan next year. Cavan, Monaghan & Fermanagh will host the U14 national tournaments from Fri.23rd to Sun.25th June 2017. This event has grown into a huge national and international U14 tournament with hundreds of teams competing in many divisions over 3 days. It promises to be a great weekend.

Our Healthy club project aims to bring messages of protection, resilience and support for mental wellness to our members & our community. Value the Volunteer

Volunteers and volunteerism remains at the heart of the GAA. Thanks to all club volunteers who give their time freely across all areas of the club, from bingo and stewarding to coaching and committees, for the betterment of our club and community. Míle buíochas d'ár deontóirí ar ghach leibhéil.

Under-Age Coaching for boys and girls

Coaching for juveniles takes place in Terry Coyle Park every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30. U8, U10, U12 Girls begin at 10 a.m. and boys from 11 a.m. New members and enquiries are always welcome. For more information on coaching or on how to get involved please contact Mark Leddy on 087-8596498.

Tornadoes

Gaelic football training for 4-6 year old boys and girls takes place every Saturday in Terry Coyle Park from 11am-12 noon. New players are very welcome. For further information on the Tornadoes please contact John Fortune 087-6196002 or Cian Donohoe 086-1295963. Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí.

Juvenile Camogie

Thanks to all who helped last Saturday week with a very busy camogie blitz in Terry Coyle. Juvenile Camogie takes place every Wednesday in Terry Coyle Park at 6 p.m. New members and beginners are welcome. For more info. contact Mary at 087 7532979.

Bingo

Bingo will continue on Friday 30th September 2016 in the Ozanam Centre in River St. at 9 p.m. Please note the new venue. €2170 in total must be won on the night. Thanks to all our loyal bingo patrons for their continued support.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training for all ages and fitness levels, male and female, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and every Saturday morning at 11 in the new clubrooms. All welcome.
