Seniors
Well done to the seniors on last Thursday evenings victory over Denn. It was a game played in torrential rain with thunder and lightning to add to the charged atmosphere. The lads stuck to the task despite the conditions and ran out convincing winners 3-15 to 2-2 in front of a stand well packed with supporters. This paves the path to the quarter finals with Lavey awaiting. Keep an eye out for fixture details when they become available.
Annual Townland Quiz
Following the success of our inaugural townland quiz last year we will now be holding this year's event in the parochial hall on Friday September 2nd at 9pm. Teams from surrounding parishes and also those not tied to any particular townland welcome and we do of course encourage multiple teams from our more populated areas. Please come out to support your club and represent your townland or just to have a good evening's entertainment.
