Denn GFC
Blotto
The Blotto Draw took place on Monday 16th May. The winning numbers were 6,9,16,21. There was no jackpot winner. The weekly winners of €25 were Mary Smith, Noel Reilly Faragh, Toss McDonald, Cathriona Brady, John & Bernie Smith. The next draw will be on Monday 23rd May in The Crosskeys Inn. Jackpot is now €13,000.
Reserve League
Denn will play Killinkere in the Reserve League Division 2 on Saturday 21st May at 7pm in Killinkere.
Under 12 League
Denn's next game in the Green Group of the Under 12 League is against Laragh Utd on Monday 23rd May in St Matthew's Park, Crosskeys at 7.15pm.
Denn GFC Monthly Meeting
The monthly meeting of Denn GFC will take place on Friday 27th May at 9pm in the clubrooms. All members are asked to attend.
Up For The Match Fundraiser
Cavan GAA are hosting a special Up For The Match club/board fundraiser on Thursday 26th May in the Hotel Kilmore. The night will feature a panel-style debate, chaired by Damien Donohoe of Northern Sound radio, and confirmed guests are Oisin McConville, Colm O'Rourke, Seamus McEnaney and Declan Bogue. Tickets cost €20 and doors open at 7.30pm sharp. Tickets have been distributed to all clubs in Cavan and each club will keep €10 from every ticket sold for the night. It's a fantastic line-up and with the event taking place just three days before Cavan host Armagh in the Ulster Championship, a brilliant night is guaranteed. Commiserations to the Under 14 team who were defeated by Killygarry in the Division 1 League Final.
Cavan Minor Ladies
Well done to the Cavan Minor Ladies & the Castlerahan / Denn members on the team who won the Ulster Minor Championship Final.
Cul Camps
Registration for the 2016 Cul Camps is now open online.
Strictly Come Dancing
Denn GFC are getting their dancing shoes out and have Strictly Come Dancing on November 20th 2016. So save the date as a great night entertainment's is planned. Further updates in the coming weeks.
Couch to 5K
Denn GAA Juvenile Football Club have resumed their Couch to 5K. There is a personal trainer onsite. Classes continue every Tuesday and Thursday night from 8pm - 9pm. Everyone welcome - all ages, walkers, joggers, runners. The cost is just membership and E2 per session.
