Club Presentation Night

At this time 50 years ago Cavan Gaels were reigning County Senior Champions for the first time. That team, along with the 2012 U21 & 2014 Senior teams will be honoured at a club night in the Hotel Kilmore on this Friday 29th April. Please come along and support the Club and family members or friends who are being honoured. It promises to be a great night. Tickets are €40 and are available from Maudis, Smiths Footwear, & Slieve Rossa. Tables sit 10/12 people for those who wish to arrange their own for families or friends. Bígí Linn.

Lá na gClubanna

Sunday 8th May is designated Lá na gClubanna in GAA Clubs across the country. A number of sporting and cultural activities are planned for Terry Coyle Park. Lá na gClubanna celebrates the role of GAA Clubs in the life of our community. More details next week.

.Under-Age Coaching for boys and girls

Coaching for juveniles takes place in Terry Coyle Park every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30. U8, U10, U12 Girls begin at 10 a.m. and boys from 11 a.m. Juvenile Registration for 2016 will also take place. New members and enquiries are always welcome. Tornadoes

Tornadoes are back in Terry Coyle. Gaelic football training for 4-6 year old boys and girls takes place every Saturday in Terry Coyle Park from 11am-12 noon. New players are very welcome. Croke Park

Hard Luck but well done to the Cavan Senior Football Squad and Management for their brave performance in the Div.2 National League Final last Sunday in Croke Park. It was a great occasion for the thousands of Breiffne fans who travelled and enjoyed 2 great matches and the Laochra show.

Hard Luck also to Cavan Senior Ladies were defeated by Donegal in their playoff bid to secure Div. 1 status. Only 1 team will be promoted.

Juvenile Camogie

Juvenile Camogie takes place every Wednesday in Breffni College at 6 p.m. New members and beginners are welcome. For more info. contact Mary at 087 7532979.

Bingo

Bingo will continue on Friday 29nd April 2016 in the Ozanam Centre in River St. at 9 p.m. Please note the new venue. €2170 in total must be won on the night. Thanks to all our loyal bingo patrons for their continued support.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training for all ages and fitness levels, male and female, every Saturday morning at 11 in the new clubrooms. Sessions now also take place on Tues. and Thurs. at 6.30 p.m. Bí Folláin.
