Comhghairdeas

Congratulations and best wishes to Gaels Clubman, Oliver Galligan, on becoming Vice-President of Ulster Council GAA. Oliver, a former player and Chairman, who has held the positions of PRO and Treasurer with the Ulster Council was elected unopposed recently at Ulster Convention in Derry.

Ladies

Well done to the Gaels Ladies who got their league campaign off to a winning start with a good win over Bridgewater Gaels on a cold, damp and windy 3G. Tús maith, leath na hoibre.

Minors

Hard luck to our Minors who  kicked off their league season on Sunday last with a defeat to Knockbride.

Division 4

We wish the very best to our new Div. 4 management team of Karl Crotty and Padraig Byrne. They will work alongside our senior management team .They bring a great  deal of expertise, experience and respect to the task. Go neirí an bóthar leo.


Juvenile Camogie

Juvenile Camogie has started again and takes place every Wednesday in Breffni College at 6 p.m. New members and beginners are welcome. For more info. contact Mary at 087 7532979.

 

Bingo

Bingo will take place on Friday next February 12th  2016 in the Farnham at 9 p.m.  €2170 in total must be won on the night.

Health and Wellbeing

St. Patrick's College Parents Association will host a Drugs Education Session by Cavan Drug and Alcohol Services on Wednesday 10th February in the College at 8 p.m.  Attendance recommended.

Tornadoes

Tornadoes are back! Gaelic football training for 4-6 year old boys and girls has resumed, every Saturday  in St. Patrick's College from 11am-12 noon. New players are very welcome. Under-Age coaching for boys and girls

Coaching & Games

Coaching and Games are hosting a coaching evening on Thurs. 11th February at 7:30 p.m. in the Hotel Kilmore.  Workshops will deal with various aspects of coaching and preparation in football and hurling.
