Ulster Council Workshop
There is an Ulster council Workshop taking place this evening Wednesday November 25 at 7.30 p.m in Kingspan Breffni Park geared for the Cavan Coach Development Programme. Course: Planning The Season Workshop, Wednesday 25 November at 7.30pm in Kingspan Breffni Park, Cavan. Tutor: Terence McWilliams\Ulster Tutors. This Indoor Theory Workshop will look at planning your Teams Training Programme for the Season from Youth to Adult level. The Workshop will show Coaches how to periodise the year i.e. what to cover during various times of the year, in order to cover all aspects of Training, using a new Games Training approach rather than non-games Training. It will show how Players can Train at the right volume and intensity in
order to help prevent injuries and burnout using the FITT (Frequency, Intensity, Time & Type) of Training principal.

Juvenile Meeting
On Tuesday, December 1 in Hotel Kilmore at 7:30pm, the Juvenile Review Committee are inviting three people from each club to discuss the proposed ammendments to the Underage League and Championship Format and other points on
the evening. The makeup of the 3 people are as follows:-(when selecting please ensure this is discussed with all the club and those
attending have a good knowledge of your club needs and underage structures) 1. Senior Chairperson 2. Juvenile board member\Coaching Officer 3. Coach (40 clubs to attend - even if clubs are amalgamated)These names and
their position within the club should be supplied via email to [email protected].
