Lord Mayor Or Lady Mayoress of Drumalee Drumalee
Drumalee Gaa are holding a fundraiser called Lord Mayor or Lady Mayoress of Drumalee. We have picked four members of our club who are going to be competing against each other over the next couple of months and each hold different fundraisers to try and raise the most money for Drumalee GAA. On the final night we will have the total amount of money raised by each person and the person with the most money raised will become Lord Mayor or Lady Mayoress of Drumalee. Now our four lucky candidates are Mr Michael Lyons, Mrs Sinead Hoey, Mr Tommy Sexton and Ms Fiona Corby. We want to wish the four candidates the very best of luck. MS CAVAN ROSE
We want to thank everyone who came and supported Ms Fiona Corby and her event Ms Cavan Rose in the Farnham Arms Hotel. It was a great night with lots of laughs! Thank you to Mickey Sheilds of Farnham Hotel for all his help and letting us host the event! Well done to Fiona and her committee on running a great night!
MR & MRS - DRUMALEE GAA STYLE
Next up to run a fundraiser for her Lady Mayoress Campaign in Ms Sinead Hoey!! Sinead and her committee are running a Mr & Mrs night in the Imperial on Friday 18th September at 9pm! This promises to be a great night! She has 12 couples lined up from all over Cavan also with lots of other great surprises in store for the night! So mark the date in your diary folks 18th September in Imperial at 9pm. SuperValu in Drumalee and Dublin Road, are giving Clubs in Cavan to win O'Neills gear. All we ask our members to please shop in Supervalu and when you spend over €40 please drop your voucher into the Drumalee box. We ask all our members to please support this!!
Junior Championship
Drumalee take on Laragh in round two of the Junior Championship tonight Wednesday at 8pm in Drumalee. Please come and support.
Senior Championship
Drumalee will take on Mullahoran in the first round of the Senior Championship this weekend, as of yet there is no time date or venue confirmed for the match! Keep an eye out on our Facebook and Twitter pages for details, there will also be a group text sent to our members.
