Cavan Ladies
Well done to Caron, Sarah and the Cavan ladies who drew 2-10 apiece with Donegal in Round 6 of the Tesco Homegrown Division 2 League last Sunday on the 3G Pitch in Kingspan Breffni Park. Congratulations to Sarah who bagged a crucial last minute goal to secure a share of the spoils for Cavan. In other news the Cavan Senior Ladies have been drawn to face Tyrone in the Quarter Finals of the Ulster Senior Championship.
Cavan Seniors
Well done to our county duo Brendan and Damien and the Cavan Seniors who defeated Westmeath on a 1-8 to 1-3 scoreline in the Division 2 league last Saturday night in Kingspan Breffni Park. Special mention to Bud who got Cavan's first goal of the league campaign. Best of luck to Brendan, Damien and the Cavan Seniors who currently lie third in the table and remain in the hunt for promotion heading into the final game against Meath in Pairc Tailteann, Navan this Sunday April 5 at 3pm.
Cavan Minors
Hard luck to Stuart Dunne who lined out at wing half back and scored a point and the Cavan minors who suffered a narrow 1-7 to 0-8 defeat, to Down in the Ulster Minor league last Friday night, in Kingspan Breffni Park. Best of luck to Stuart and the minors who host Monaghan this Saturday April 4 in Kingscourt at 12 noon in the final group game.
St Pats Cavan
Commiserations to St.Patrick's College Cavan who were defeated by 1-14 to 1-11 by Pobscoil Corca Dhuibhne in the Hogan Cup Semi Final last Saturday in MacDonagh Park, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary after extra time.
U16S
Our U16s defeated Castlerahan by 2-13 to 2-8 in Round 2 of the U16 Division 3 League last Sunday in Rory O'Moore Park. With the sides level at 0-7 to 1-4 at half time Belturbet produced an excellent second half display to run out five point victors in the finish. Team v Castlerahan: Gavin Brady, Killian Murray, James McCaffrey, Conor Vesey, Cormac Donohoe, Patrick O'Reilly, Killian Collins(1-1), Fionnan O'Reilly(C)(0-2 2f), Evan O'Reilly, Andrew Dunne(1-4), Mark Tully(0-1), John Joe Collins(0-5), Brendan Vesey. Sub Used: James McPhillips. Our U16's continued their 100% winning record in Division 3 with a 3-10 to 4-3 win away to Denn in Crosskeys yesterday evening. Level at 1-5 to 2-2 at half time, Belturbet finished the match with a flourish to run out four point winners and cement our standing, at the top of the table. Cavan Ladies "De Kube"
Best of luck to our senior player Mark Lawlor who is representing the club this Easter Sunday April 5 in "De Kube" in the Cavan Crystal Hotel. Doors open at 7.30 p.m. Admission is €20 and tickets can be purchased from Mark, Paul Murphy or either of the ladies or mens club committees. All support for Mark would be hugely appreciated on the night.
GAA Foundation Coaching Course
Gaa Foundation Coaching Course takes place on Friday April 10 at 7.30 p.m in Kingspan Breffni Park and Saturday April 11 at 9.15 a.m in Kingspan Breffni Park. Our minors re-commence their Division 3 League campaign on Tuesday April 21 when they host Denn in Rory O'Moore Park at 7pm.
U12S
Our U12 boys face Ballinagh this Saturday April 4 at 12 noon in Group 4 of the Wilton Waste League at home before facing Killinkere in Jim Smith Memorial Park on Monday next April 6 at 6.45 p.m.
U14S
Our U14s have been paired in Division 3 of the U14 football league which commences on Thursday April 9. Our U14s will face Ballyhaise away on Thursday April 9 in Round 1 at 7pm and are at home to Templeport on Thursday April 16 in Round 2.
U16 Girls
Belturbet U16 Girls are away to Lacken in Division 2 of the U16 football league this evening Wednesday.

Underage Girls Training
Belturbet Ladies underage training is now taking place every Wednesday in Belturbet pitch, U8, U10, U12, U14 & U16 at 6pm, extra trainings will be notified by text. New players welcome.

For those wanting to pay the standard club membership fees for 2015, individual membership for a player or club member, is €50 per person. Family Membership costs are set at €100. Club Membership can be paid to either Mark Lawlor or Alan Traynor.
