Kill Shamrocks club notes

February 23, 2015

Death
Kill Shamrocks GAA was deeply saddened by the very sudden passing of Gerry Pritchard on Saturday night last. Gerry's untimely death is a major blow to our club but an even bigger loss to the wider community. He was a great clubman but more importantly a great friend to us all. It was great to see all club members out in club colours for the guard of honor at both the removal and funeral, it was a fitting tribute to gerry. A word of thanks to all clubs and GAA people who sent their condolences through the club. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

The kill v mountnugent breffini league senior and reserve games scheduled for Sunday last in Rathluden were called off at the weekend due to a waterlogged pitch. Game will have to be refixed. Next game on 7th of march.
