Ladies Football : The club would like to thank Eamon Gaffney and his backroom team, Mary McGibney, Gerry McDermott and Caroline King for their hard work and commitment to the Ladies throughout the year.  Through their dedication, they helped the senior girls win a championship and a league cup.  We are sorry to see the management team go, but we wish them well in the future.  We would also like to thank Art MacSeain for his continued support for the Ladies club and for sponsoring a new set of jerseys this year.

AGM : Annual General Meeting of Cornafean G.A.A. on Saturday 6th December 2014 in the Sports Hall at 7.30p.m.       

Lotto : There was no winner of this week's lotto jackpot. The numbers drawn were 9, 13 , 18 and 19. The €40 winners were Michael McGibney, Corlis ; Cian Murtagh, Ballinagh ; Gerard Doyle , Cornafean ; Catherine Mills , Kilmore ; John Sheridan , Cavan. Next week's jackpot stands at €6300.

U13 Final : Congratulations to the U13's  who won the U13 Division 4 Final by beating St.Finbarr's on a scoreline of  7-10 to 3-11.

Scr na nOg news:  Well done to all the youngsters from the area who represented Cornafean in Scr na nOg last Sunday in Drumlane.  They all performed very well and we wish the following acts the best of luck in the County Final, which takes place in Killeshandra next Saturday 29th November at 3pm, Instrumental music, set dancing, ballad group and solo singing.  All support appreciated.
