East Cavan Gaels club notes
October 21, 2014U12/14/16;
U16;
Huge congratulations to our U16 side who qualified for the Ulster GAA tricounty Div2 league final. Although they lost by just two points to Truagh Gaels midweek their greater scoring average in their two previous wins qualified them for the final v Castleblayney, a great achievement in our first year at this age grade.
U13;
Our U13s contest the Monaghan GAA blitz on Monday.
U12;
The lads have qualified for the U12 HL Shield final on Wednesday next v St. Feilims on the 3G at Breffni.
U8/10;.
Our outdoor season is now finished. Thanks to all our players, their parents and their coaches for putting in so much effort over the summer and autumn. The break is short as the indoor season is almost upon us.
Indoor Hurling; U8&U10
Indoor hurling will return to Kingscourt Community Centre from Tuesday 28th October from 5.30-7pm for all aged 6-10 and Bailieborough Community School Sports Hall from Friday 7th November, U8 from 6-7 and U10 from 7-8pm. Registration for the 2014/15 season will be on the same dates. Registration forms will be available in all the local schools and from the club in the weeks ahead. More info as we get closer to the time.
Training times and venues.
Under 12/14/16;
No Wednesday training this week as the 12s are in action on Wednesday. Training for all U12/14/16 on Saturday at Bailieborough Shamrocks GAA at 3pm.

The U8s and U10s take a very short break until the indoor season begins at the end of October in Kingscourt and early November in Bailieborough.
