23rd - 26th October 2014 Bank holiday Festival weekend of events

 

Thursday 23rd October

9:00pm           Bingo in Corlough Community Centre

Friday 24th October

9:30pm            Table quiz in Feehans

 

Saturday 25th October

11:00am          Coffee morning in Corlough Community Centre, all proceeds goes to Cavan / Monaghan Palliative comfort fund.

(In memory of PJ McManus Cortoon)

 

8pm                 Mass in St Patrick's Church Corlough for all deceased members of Corlough GAA Club.

 

Followed by music in Feehans by Alana Maher.

 

Sunday 26th October

 

1:00pm            Peter Maguire Memorial Cup Corlough V Kildallan

 

2:15pm             Padraig McHugh Memorial Cup Dernacrieve Gaels Under 14's V Templeport.

3:15pm            Patrick McHugh Memorial Cup Dernacrieve Gaels Under 12's V Kildallan

6:30pm            "Rock in Roll" Bingo in Feehan's by Brendan Brennan.

We wish to thank all the community and neighbouring parishes for all their support during our festival.

To Mark the 20th Anniversary of the death of PJ McManus, Cortoon, Corlough, Corlough GAA Club are going to "Be Brave and Don't Shave for November.  We currently have 30 members who will be taking part and will be looking for your generous sponsorship for this worthy cause, please support as best you can.

All funds raised goes towards Cavan / Monaghan Palliative care comfort fund.  The big shave will take place in Feehans on Saturday 29th November in front of a "live studio audience" and entertainment on the night is by Brendan Brennan.

Funds from our Annual St Stephens day charity match will also go to this great charity.
