Denn GFC Club Notes

Blotto Draw
The Blotto Draw took place in The Crosskeys Inn on Monday 22nd September. The winning numbers were 6,9,20,26. There was no jackpot winner. The weekly winners of E25 were Mary Donohoe Ryefort, O & T & P, Anthony Duffy, Fr. Peter McKiernan, Felim Donohoe. The next draw will be on Monday 29th September in The Carraig Springs. Jackpot is now E8,650.

Senior Championship
Denn will play Drumalee in the Senior Championship Relegation semi-final on Saturday 27th September at 3.30pm in Ballinagh GAA Grounds.

Minor Championship
Due to the death of Ben Heaslip, the Minor B Championship quarter final between Denn and Cuchullainns scheduled for Saturday 20th September was postponed. A new date is yet to be confirmed.

Denn GFC Juvenile Committee
The Denn juvenile club we would like to thank everyone for their support in our fundraiser especially those who turned out on the night and those who gave donations that were not able to attend. We would also thank those who donated spot prizes for the raffle - The Farnham Arms Hotel, A,C,B,Roofing, Cavan Car Parts, Dunnes Stores, McCarrens, The Crosskeys Inn. A extra special word of thanks to Brian and Annmarie Boylan for the use of their premises and the refreshments and donation on the night. We would also like to thank Kieran Callaghan for giving up his time and wit to do MC on the night.

Under 8's 10's & 12's Tournament
Denn GFC Juvenile Committee are hosting an Under 8's, Under 10's  & Under 12's tournament in St Matthews Park, Crosskeys on Saturday 27th September starting  at 10 o'clock with the Under 8's and Under 10's. Under 12's will start at 12.30pm. Teams participating on day are Denn, Lavey, Laragh Utd & Crosserlough.

Camogie. 
Congratulations to our local girls & the U14's County team on winning the all Ireland beating Mayo.

Under 14 Championship
Denn will play Munterconnaught in Division 3B of the Under 14 Championship on Monday 29th September at 6.15pm in St Matthews Park, Crosskeys. In the game last Monday evening the team drew with Ballymachugh on a 1-19 to 4-10 scoreline.
