The third annual Breffni Duathlon will take place on Saturday 27th of September 2014, commencing from Gallonray House, Maudabawn, Cootehill, Co. Cavan.

The event will cater for both novices and more experienced competitors with the novice event comprising of a 2 kilometre run followed by a 14 kilometre cycle. This will start at 1.30pm The main competition will comprise of a 2 kilometre run followed by a 25 kilometre cycle and finishing off with another 3.5 kilometre run, starting at 2.00pm.

Registration will take place from 11.00am to 1.15pm in Gallonray House with an entrance fee of €20 (€30 for teams) for the main event and €15 for the novice event.
