U16 Semi Final
Gowna U16s played Mullahoran on Good Friday in the division 2 league semi final. Gowna were victorious winning by four points on a score line of Gowna 2-13 Mullahoran 2-9. Gowna now play Denn in the final who bet Knockbride 5-13 to 1-6.

ACFL 1A
Gowna played Mullahoran on Easter Sunday at 12.30pm in Mullahoran. The game was played in very warm conditions with a wind blowing into the Glan end of the ground. Mullahoran played with the wind in the first half and led five points to three at the break. Gowna started the second half well with two early points from Niall Madden and T.J Fitzpatrick. Mullahoran replied by scoring five unanswered points. David Hyland got Gowna back in the game with a point and a goal by boxing a cross field ball to the Mullahoran net leaving it Mullahoran 0-10 Gowna 1-6 with fifthteen minutes to go. Mullahoran got two more points to go three ahead and Gowna replied with two points from substitute Damien Fitzpatrick. Hyland free left one in it with five minutes to go but Mullahoran scored four in the last five. Philip Brady kicked three of four points to win by five points.
The seniors have no game next weekend as Cavan are playing in Croke Park in the Division 3 League final.
Reserve League
The junior game did not go ahead as both teams were low on numbers and would have left some players to play two games in very warm conditions. The game will be played again as some stage in the future.
Cavan
Best of luck to Mark McKeever and David Hyland who are on the Cavan panel for the Division 3 league final on Saturday the 26th at 7pm in Croke Park. Cavan play Roscommon and look to finish the league with eight wins out of eight.
