Munterconnaught G. F.C. ran a very successful competition “Know Your Cavan Club Football” 2 weeks ago based on predicting the results of all championship fixtures in Cavan played over the weekend. 

The competition did not take place last weekend as due to rescheduling of fixtures, there were only 10 games played but it will be back for W/E August 14/16th and for the following 3 weekends.

There was a tremendous response to the competition throughout the County and indeed entries from all over the world.

There were 3 Winners of Week 1 they were John Burns Killeshandra, Conor Cooney Munterconnaught and Drumgoon Manager Alan Stephens from Carnaross

The results of this competition are up on Social Media our Facebook and Twitter pages, and also details of Round 3 this weekend’s fixtures

Sheets will be available from all Munterconnaught Club members and players from Tuesday and must be returned to the Clubrooms from 7.30 to 8.15 on Friday.
