Breffni All Stars

Congratulations to Jamie Leahy, Paul Smith, Enda O'Connell, Cormac Daly, Oisin O'Connell and Ronan Flanagan who have been named on the Breffni All Stars Senior Team of the Year. The team will be honoured at the Cavan GAA awards banquet which takes place on Friday night in the Hotel Kilmore. The Senior Player of the Year will be announced on the night. Well done lads from everybody in the club on your awards - hard earned and well deserved!

Ulster GAA Coach of the Year

Fiachra Sweeney is the Cavan representative for the award of Translink Ulster GAA Coach of the Year. Fiachra is an omnipresent figure around the club and acted as head coach with our U17 team this year and is currently managing our U20s. Fiachra has been heavily involved in the coaching of our underage teams for several years now and we believe that his committment and enthusiasm for the task at hand, as well as the rapport he builds with his players, make him the ideal recipient of this award. Voting on the Ulster GAA website closes on Sunday, 24 November at 11:59pm. Best of luck Fiachra from everybody in the club!
