Cavan’s Laragh Utd official appointed to referee at the CYC - Continental Youth Championships in Philadelphia USA by the Camogie Association.

 

Laragh UTD Camogie referee Louise Reilly has been given the appointment to travel to Philadelphia and officiate at the CYC games that are been held in Greater Chester Valley Sports Association Complex from July 25th – 28th. The CYC is a Gaelic Games Tournament that takes place on an annual basis in the United States and is the biggest tournament of Gaelic Sports Outside of Ireland! 

Each year up to 2,500 children aged U6 to U18 participate in the Tournament with Hundreds of Games organized over the course of the 4 Day Tournament of football & Camogie.

This is a great achievement for Louise Reilly who is part of the National Referee’s panel for some years now and has refereed numerous games at Ulster and National level.
