Southern gales u17s played their second div1 league game against neighbours Drumloman gales on Saturday last and were beaten on a scoreline of Southern Gales 3_06 Drumloman Gales 1_15.

Their next game is on Monday 18th March at home to Cuchullains at 12_30pm.

The match will either be in Lacken or Gowna depending on pitch conditions due to weather.

Congratulations to Marie Pierson who came away with first place in solo singing competition at the Senior Scór Ulster Semi Final in Glenavy,  Antrim Saturday last, with her song “The
Flower of Finea”
Marie will now progress to the Ulster final on March 23rd . Well done Marie ! Congratulations to Michael McGibney,  Cornafean who was successful in the Recitation competition.

Hard luck to our u14 girls who were defeated by Cornafean on Sunday 10th March.

The snr ladies 9 a-side match was abandoned on Sunday 10th due to the weather. Yet to be re-scheduled.

Snr ladies 9 a-side game next Sunday 17th March at 10.30am against Lurgan. Venue TBC
