Division 3 Ladies League
Cornafean 2 - 13   Knockbride  1 - 8
Well done to the Cornafean Ladies on their victory over Knockbride in the first league game of 2018.  It was an excellent all round team performance from the girls but Knockbride pushed the Reds all the way.  A goal in each half from D. McCaffrey helped Cornafean keep a never say die Knockbride at arms length and in fairness the Reds pushed on in the last quarter of the game for a deserved win.
Reds A. Miney, A. Brady, E. Sheridan, C. Geoghegan, J. Wilson, S. King, C. Duffy, C. Sheridan, B. McGovern, O. Smith, A. Wharton, R. Smith, D. McCaffrey, R. Dunne, K. Johnson.
Subs D. Tully, A. McIntyre, S. Laheen.
