The Late Norman Eccleston,
Norman Eccleston who died last week was the youngest and last surviving member of a family of ten. Born in 1929 he spent all his life in Corr Cornafean where he farmed and did some Agricultural Contracting. He was one of the first in the area to own a tractor and was always very forward thinking. He was gifted with skillful hands and took great pride in keeping his place neat and tidy. he also loved gardening and grew his own potatoes and vegetables. Norman was a good neighbour and friend who loved nature.
He played bowls with Cornafean bowling club and was a good friend to Cornafean GFC.
Sincere sympathy is extended to his wife Edie, daughter Valerie, sons Trevor and Glen, daughters-in-law Yvonne and Grainne, his 11 grandchildren and extended family. His funeral was in Derrylane Parish Church with Rev Mark Lidwell presiding assisted by Dean Nigel Crossey.

Sympathy is also extended to the Sheridan family Drumcrow and Kiernan family Derries on recent bereavements.
