Denn GFC Club Notes 

Blotto 
The Blotto Draw took place on Monday 4th December. The winning numbers were 12,17,18,26. There was no jackpot winner. The weekly winners of €25 were Declan Tierney, Eamon Smith, Carmel Lee, Charles & Maureen Robinson, Geraldine Lynch. The next draw will be on Monday 11th December in The Crosskeys Inn. Jackpot is now €4,950. 

DT One Under 21 Championship.
The Denn Under 21 team were defeated by Ballyhaise in the semi-final of the DT One Under 21 Division 2 Championship on Saturday evening last on a scoreline of 3-16 to 2-11.

Denn GFC AGM
Denn GFC AGM was held on Sunday 3rd December in Crosskeys Resource Centre. Chairman Brendan O'Reilly addressed the members and thanked the committee for their work throughout the year. The Secretary's Report was given by Geraldine Lynch and the Treasurer's Report was given by Sean Smith. Three committee members stepped down from their positions, Chairperson Brendan O'Reilly, Secretary Geraldine Lynch & Assistant Secretary Caoimhe Cusack-Smith. The club would like to thank all three for the hard work and commitment to the club over the last number of years. The following officers were elected: John Brady was elected as the new Chairperson of Denn GFC, Vice-Chairperson: Carina McGinnell, Treasurer: Sean Smith, Assistant Treasuer: Geraldine Lynch, PRO: Marianne Cahill, Youth & Coaching Officer: Donnacha Brady, Insurance Officer: Bernard Smith.

Under 13 Championship
Congratulations to the Denn Under 13 team who won the Division 3 Cup Competition at the Under 13 Championship Finals last Monday evening on the 3G Pitch.

Denn Development Committee
Don't let the art of card playing die out in Crosskeys.
Denn Development ask the parents of the play school children, and indeed the wider community to support the card games on a Wednesday night at 9pm, in order to cover the costs of the entire centre expenses. The playschool rent is extremely reasonable, but the overall expenses are very high. A good night's entertainment is assured, and there is €60 in prizes every night. New players are welcome as they can have a learners table to get accustomed to playing. We hope to see some new faces for the fun and craic.

Denn Running Club 
The Running Club continues on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
