Well done to all the children from the Rory O'Moores who participated in the 1st round of Scor Na Nóg last Saturday in Drumlane and to their mentors. Also appreciation for provision of rehearsal facilities.  Congratulations to Hanna Mulvanny in the Aithriseoireacht/Scéalaíocht Recitation/Storytelling who now competes in the County Final this Saturday 18th November at 3pm in Stradone Community Hall. Best of luck to Hanna. Please come along and support her.

 

U21s

Well done to Naomh Brid(Belturbet, Butlersbridge, Redhills and Drumalee) on their 4-16 to 5-7 win over Killann Gaels in the U21 Championship Quarter Final on Saturday night last. They will now face the winners of Assan Gaels/ Castlerahan in the Semi Final.

McCaugheys Fuels Kit for Clubs

Belturbet GFC are running with this initiative for the Juvenile Clubs with McCaughey Fuels of Clones. Please help to spread the word to family, friends and neighbours and help us get kit and gear for our underage. With Each Heating Oil Delivery the club will receive 1 token. More details are contained in the posters on club facebook and twitter accounts. There is a box in Gala in town to leave tokens in  and they can also be given to club members.

 

Dean McKiernan Cup

Our Minors were defeated by 6-11 to 6-5 scoreline on Sunday last in the Dean McKiernan Cup Final in the Athletic Grounds, Crubany.

 

Juvenile Table Quiz

Club Membership
Many thanks to all who have paid their Membership and to those who are on Direct Debit, it is badly needed and much appreciated as it is going directly into the account for the much needed re-development of our club grounds which are underway at present.  Many thanks for your continued strong and loyal support for our club.    Family Membership in Club Belturbet is €300 for the year or €240 for the year for an individual membership in Club Belturbet. This will entitle members to free entry into all Belturbet games at underage and senior level as well as having their name entered into the weekly club lotto draw. If any member wishes to purchase the regular membership the fee for the year is €50. Membership fees can be returned  to our club chairman Mark Lawlor, Secretary Paul O'Reilly, Treasurer Alan Traynor or indeed any of the club committee.
