Fourteen Round One national football league matches went down for decision this afternoon.
Cork hosted Mayo and Roscommon entertained Monaghan in two massive Division One encounters and we also had a full programme of fixtures in the other three divisions.
Some of the standout games included: Tyrone V Cavan, Meath V Armagh and Derry V Fermanagh in Division Two; Westmeath V Kildare and Offaly V Longford in Division Three; and Wexford V Leitrim in Division Four.
But all 28 counties were bidding to hit the ground running on an exciting day of gaelic football. As ever, we provided coverage of all the games.
