Borris VS are continuing their preparations for the Leinster senior hurling league final.

Coach Cathal Delahunty admitted to the Carlow Nationalist that it has been a great year for them so far.

"It has been a fantastic year. We knew at the start of the year that we had a strong panel and had something to work on. The hard work is beginning to pay off now," said Delahunty.

"From Barrow Rangers to Skeagh. Ballinkillen, Naomh Eoin, St Mullins and Rangers, we have a full spread of players to pick from. The panel has been key to our success."
