Burgess-Duharra are celebrating this evening following their 2-10 to 0-6 Munster Senior Camogie Club final victory over Inniscarra of Cork at Cahir earlier today.
Eimear McDonnell's 19th minute goal sowed the seeds for their 10 point success and the Tipperary champions enjoyed a 1-7 to 0-3 cushion at the halfway stage.
The second-half followed a similar pattern and McDonnell turned provider for the winners' second goal which arrived in the 58th minute courtesy of Tara Kennedy.
Captain Jenny Grace top scored for the Burgess-Duharra with 0-8 (all frees) and she was a deserving recipient of the 'Player of the Match' accolade.
It was also a day to remember for Gailltir of Waterford as they got their hands on the intermediate silverware thanks to a slender 1-15 to 4-5 victory over Nenagh Éire Óg of Tipperary.
