Ollie Bergin has been appointed as the new Galway senior camogie manager.

The Kinvara clubman replaces Tony Ward, who led the Tribeswomen to an All-Ireland senior and intermediate double in 2013, and an unsuccessful All-Ireland senior final appearance against Cork this year.

Bergin has managed both Kinvara hurling and camogie teams in recent years.
