Park and ride for Croke Park

The GAA has announced a new Park and Ride service to Croke Park from GAA clubs on the periphery of Dublin starting on Sunday next 20th July.
The service is being provided in co-operation with Bus Éireann and will operate from Fingallians GAA club in Swords, Naas GAA club, Bray Emmets GAA club and the Ratoath club. Buses will depart these venues at 12.15pm and return one hour after the programme of games. The drop-off and pick-up location will be Mountjoy Square close to Croke Park.
However supporters travelling to Croke Park from Wexford are advised that due to a festival in Bray there are traffic restrictions in the town next Sunday.
The charge for the Park & Ride service is Eu7.00 for adults and Eu5.00 for children (return) from Swords and Bray and Eu9.00 per adult and Eu7.00 per child from Ratoath and Naas. Children must be under 16 years of age.
Information is available at www.buseireann.ie and tickets can be purchased on the buses at the point of departure.
Participating grounds are subject to change and if the experiement proves successful it is hoped to extend the service.
GAA Hurling All-Ireland Qualifiers - Semple Stadium
The GAA has confirmed that the GAA Hurling All Ireland Senior Championship qualifier progamme - Phase 4 at Semple Stadium, Thurles is NOT an all-ticket event. However Unreserved stand and terrace tickets can be pre-purchased on www.gaa.ie, from the GAA ticket office on 01/8658657 or from Ticketmaster outlets.

The action gets underway with the game between Waterford and Cork at 5 pm followed by Cork and Galway at 7 pm.
