The cycle event passed off without incident last Sunday, the weather on the day was perfect, uncanny actually, the turnout was decent for this time of year and the Juveniles enjoyed their spin around the lake. Great to see 'none, of the member of the Ladies Team on the cycle, truly shocking. Well done to Michael Reneghan who catered for the kids at the Hall after the junior cycle, Mick Bealin, Paul and Kathleen Tisdall who managed a great BBQ. Fair Play to club chairman Paddy Byrne, who took up a challenge at half eleven on Sunday morning to do the cycle, which he didn't shy away from! The U12,s continue their good form, which I believe has assured them of a place in the semi final.
