Congratulations to the Wicklow Ladies Team from all at Blessington.  In the splendid weather at Dr Cullen Park on Sunday, the Wicklow team lifted the Leinster Championship. Captained by our own Emer Miley and joined by Jill Heatley, Marie Kavanagh, Mary Whelan and Julie Fitzmaurice, the Ladies gave Wicklow Football a great boost.  Their next match is against Antrim next Sunday.  Details are not available as yet, but keep an eye on our website for confirmation. Congratulations also go to our Junior A Team, who had a great win over Laragh last Monday night.  Well done lads! On Wednesday night, the Minor Team got off to a brilliant start with a win against Bray.  They will be back in action against Eire Og next Wednesday and we hope you will make it to see this match and show your support. Blessington Ladies will be hosting a bag pack in SuperValu next Saturday with a donation of the collection being made to A.S.H. Animal Sanctuary.  The animals made a great impact on the Ladies during their trip last week.  These are worthy causes and we ask you to give what you can in support. We would like to say a big Thank You to the West Wicklow House for holding a fun quiz night last Thursday for the Club.  They put in a great effort and it was a brilliant night.  Thanks a million to all who donated prizes and came along on the night. The Club is delighted to announce the launch of the Blessington G.A.A.
