Cork relief over Duggan

Cork football manager Conor Counihan
Cork manager Conor Counihan has confirmed that Dermot Duggan didn't suffer a broken leg in a club game, but fears the injury could still be serious enough to force him to miss next month's Munster SFC final against Kerry.
It was initially feared that the corner back, who was one of four championship debutants against Limerick last Sunday, had broken his leg while playing for his club Ilen Rovers on Wednesday night.
But a relieved Counihan confirmed: "His leg is not broken, just badly bruised thankfully but it is too early to say yet how long it will affect him."
The Rebels are already planning without wing back Paudie Kissane, who broke his arm against Limerick, for the Pairc Ui Chaoimh decider on July 6, while midfielder Alan O'Connor is also doubtful after damaging ankle ligaments in the same game.
And Counihan faces an anxious weekend as a full round of Cork championship fixtures in football and hurling are taking place.
