Rhode manager Paschal Kellaghan admits that they face a huge challenge against St Vincent's but stressed that his players are looking forward to the Leinster club SFC final.
The teams meet in O'Moore Park, Portlaoise on Sunday afternoon as both sides look to lift the provincial title.
Kellaghan has gained a lot of managerial experience in the last few years, but this will be his biggest game and he told the Midland Tribune that it is one that he is relishing.
Rhode are underdogs against a side that defeated them comfortably in the 2014 Leinster final, but the Offaly champions have been in very good form in the run up to this year's decider.
"It's a task and a challenge we are looking forward to," said Kellaghan. "This is probably the reason that I got into management and people work so hard with clubs to create players who are able to compete with these teams.
"We are not surprised by how good they are. When you win the Dublin championship, in a sense you are favourites for the All-Ireland straight away because it is so competitive up there.
"They have six very good forwards, midfield is very strong, in defence, they play as a unit. I mean without stating the obvious Diarmuid Connolly is a stand out player and people travel from all over to watch him, a great foot passer of the ball but it's great we are in a situation where we can challenge these boys.
"We are massive underdogs but we won't leave any stone unturned to get a performance because I know what we can do to go toe to toe with these guys."
