UUJ boss Barney McAleenan said he felt total relief after his side's 0-14 to 1-6 victory over St Mary's yesterday.

The win sees the Belfast students advance into the last four of the independent.ie Sigerson Cup and after the game McAleenan reserved some special praise for Donegal star Paddy McBearty, who contributed 0-5 to the win.

'Paddy had a fantastic game," said McAleenan "He kicked the crucial scores in the second-half and a sideline free in the first-half was fantastic'.
