Lorcan McLoughlin, Christopher Joyce and Daniel Kearney could all return to action for the Cork hurlers this weekend.

McLoughlin missed most of last season after dislocating his shoulder in a club game in May and is now in line for a competitive return after featuring in a challenge against Antrim last week.

He should make the starting team for the Leesiders' league opener against Galway, while Joyce and Kearney are also available for the trip to Salthill after recovering from cruciate ligament and hand injuries respectively.

In a further boost to manager Kieran Kingston, Conor Lehane (hand) is also winning his race to be fit.
