St Mary's (Kerry) 2-10
Hollymount-Carramore (Mayo) 0-10

Kerry legend Maurice Fitzgerald guided St Mary's to All-Ireland Club IFC honours at Croke Park today.

Two second-half goals from Dan Daly and Anthony Cournane proved to be the difference as St Mary's followed up their All-Ireland junior success of five years ago.

The sides went in at the break tied on 0-6 apiece but the writing was on the wall for Hollymount-Carramore when Daly found the back of their net in the 35th minute.

Captain Sean Cournane (free) and Bryan Sheehan tagged on points before Anthony Cournane put some daylight between the sides (2-8 to 0-6) by the three quarter hour mark.

To their credit, the men from Mayo didn't buckle but they had left themselves with too big a mountain to climb and it turned out to be a day to remember for Kerry club football at GAA headquarters.
