The family of Aaron Devlin have been "overwhelmed" by the support they've received from the GAA community.
The Ballinderry and Derry footballer has been on a life-support machine in hospital since he took ill during a club challenge match last week. It was revealed last night that the 22-year-old is battling an aggressive strain of meningitis.
Messages of support and wish-wishes have been flowing in for Aaron and his family, with Donegal defender Eamon McGee and former Mayo forward Conor Mortimer among those to express their support on social media.
TweetAgain we THANK EVERYONE for their support throughout at this time,Aarons family are truely overwelmed that we are all behind him #GAAFamily
