The GAA community is rallying behind former Derry footballer Aaron Devlin who is on life support in hospital.
Aaron's club Ballinderry has appealed to GAA members everywhere to pray for his family at "this awful time".
It's understood that Aaron suffered a brain virus after playing for his club in a challenge match earlier this week.
The talented half forward made headlines last November when he was handed a landmark 48-week ban for comments he made on social media about match officials after the Derry SFC final. The suspension was subsequently reduced to eight weeks on appeal.
Could we ask the entire UUJ family to pray for Aaron Devlin. Aaron took a brain virus on Friday. He's on life... http://t.co/nNv7zdTTLZ
