HawkEye will be used in a trial capacity at Semple Stadium this Sunday ahead of its anticipated introduction over the summer months.
The Examiner reports that the score detection technology won't be officially used in either the Division 1 hurling league final between Waterford and Cork or the camogie league decider between Cork and Galway.
The system may be in operation for the Munster SHC clash between Clare and Limerick on May 24th but that has yet to be confirmed.
